Lewis Lawn and Landscaping LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers landscaping, hardscaping, property maintenance, and related services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. All estimates, quotes, and service proposals provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Services commence upon acceptance of an estimate and any required deposit.
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
Late payments may incur a late fee of 10%, or other remedies as permitted by law.
Any changes to the originally agreed-upon scope of work may result in adjustments to pricing and schedule. All changes must be confirmed in writing before proceeding.
Either party may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the quoted amount.
While we take care in delivering services, any damage caused by environmental factors, site conditions, or client-supplied materials is not our responsibility.
You agree to indemnify and defend us from any third-party claims arising from your negligence or breach of these Terms.
All content on the Site (text, images, design, logos) is the property of Lewis Lawn and Landscaping LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use it without our express written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York (assuming your business operates there, based on the site’s Upstate NY focus). Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of New York.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. All changes take effect once posted on the Site. Your continued use after postings constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
